Returns Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

• Be in its original packaging, with all seals, labels, and components intact

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used lash products, lash tools, or opened kits.

How to Start a Return

• The reason for your return

• Photos (if the product arrived damaged or faulty)

We’ll respond within 2–3 business days with the next steps.

Refunds
